We’re thrilled to announce that our feature, Love, Sex & Killing has been selected as one of 20 projects to take part in this year’s Frontières at Fantasia. Frontières is an international co-production market and networking platform specifically focused on genre film financing and co-production between Europe and North America. It is organised by the Fantasia International Film Festival, in partnership with the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes. Frontières began in 2012 at Fantasia and is now the leading industry event entirely focused on genre film.
Love, Sex & Killing is written by Scottish BAFTA nominated, Raymond Friel whose previous work includes The Calcium Kid, starring Orlando Bloom (produced by Working Title Films), Botched, with Stephen Dorff (Winner of Best Film and Best Actor at the New York Horror Festival) and Moon Dogs due for release later this year. Moon Dogs won Best International First Feature at the Galway Film Festival and was also selected as one of Edinburgh Film Festival’s ‘Best Of The Fest’. Most recently Raymond landed a spot on the BBC’s New Talent Hotlist.
This will be the debut feature for both director, Henry Scriven and Mini Productions.
The project has also teamed up with Colin Day of Rickshaw Entertainment and Eddie Dick of Makar Productions.
